1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Moyira AI ("Service"), operated by Moyira AI ("we", "us", "our") at moyira.in.

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, or that a parent/guardian has consented on your behalf if you are younger.

2. Description of Service

Moyira AI is an AI-powered educational platform that provides:

• AI-generated explanations of uploaded content (images, PDFs, text)
• Quizzes, insights, and doubt-solving powered by Google Gemini AI
• Daily competitive exam practice questions (UPSC, SSC, Banking, Railway)
• Interactive India Map learning
• Learning games (Word Scramble, Kids Quiz, Sudoku, Flash Cards)
• Multi-language support (English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and more)

The Service is available in three modes: Child (6–12), Student (competitive exams), and Elder (senior citizens).

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• Your account is for single-device use only. Logging in on a new device will log out the previous device.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Credits are valid for the billing period and do not carry over to the next month.
• Refund Policy: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us within 7 days at support@moyira.in. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Moyira AI to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, authentication, or security measures
• Use the Service for commercial resale or redistribute AI-generated content without permission
• Upload content inappropriate for children in Child Mode
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Moyira AI uses Google Gemini AI to generate educational content. AI responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Content generated by Moyira AI is for educational and informational purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
• For competitive exam preparation (UPSC, SSC, etc.), always verify important facts with official sources and standard reference books.
• We implement strict content filters but cannot guarantee that all AI-generated content is 100% accurate or appropriate in every context.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Moyira AI name, logo, design, and all original content on this platform are owned by Moyira AI and protected by Indian copyright law.
• You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for providing the Service to you.
• AI-generated responses are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Moyira AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@moyira.in.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and unused credits are forfeited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
